SimCoach Store

At SimCoach, we operate a multi-warehouse fulfillment system to ensure fast and efficient global delivery. Our overseas warehouses are located in the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Japan, Europe, and China (factory location). Orders are shipped from the nearest available warehouse based on inventory availability to optimize delivery time and logistics efficiency. Estimated transit time is typically 5–15 days depending on destination.

Once your order is placed online, we will arrange shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

 

1. Shipping Destinations & Shipping Expenses Standards

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Expenses Standards:

· USD $8 /kg for the following regions:

United States (52/62), Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan Region, Singapore

· USD $10 /kg for the following regions:

Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Philippines, South Korea, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam

· USD $12 /kg for the following regions:

Canada, Austria, Bulgaria, Poland, Germany, Russia, France, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Romania, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Italy, China, United Arab Emirates, Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Myanmar, Israel

· USD $15 /kg for the following regions:

United States (2/62), Kenya, Colombia, Ireland, Estonia, Belarus, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Slovenia, Ukraine, Greece, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Turkey, India

· USD $20 /kg for the following regions:

Mexico, Tanzania, Brazil, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia

· Other regions:

$25/kg: Costa Rica, South Africa, Nigeria, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Qatar, Bangladesh, Nepal, Brunei, Uzbekistan

$40/kg:Puerto Rico, Egypt, Morocco, Venezuela, Uruguay, Iceland, Kuwait, Lebanon

Promotional free shipping (if available) will be clearly displayed on the product or checkout page.

 

2. Order Processing Procedure

a.Order Confirmation
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

b.Order Review & Preparation
Our team reviews the order details and prepares the items from the nearest available warehouse based on inventory availability.

c.Packing & Dispatch
Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

d.Shipping Notification
After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.

e.In Transit & Delivery
The package is handed over to the carrier for transportation. Estimated delivery time is typically 3–15 days, depending on destination and logistics conditions.

 

 

 

3. Special Shipping Situations

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain situations beyond our control may affect shipping and transit times:

  • Customs clearance delays in the destination country
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Remote area delivery restrictions
  • Severe weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping seasons
  • Unexpected logistics disruptions

In such cases, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist and provide updates when necessary.

 

4. Shipping Carriers

We regularly cooperate with reliable international shipping carriers and logistics partners, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Yanwen, and regional postal services. All shipments include tracking service, and a tracking number or tracking link will be provided once your order has been dispatched. The carrier is selected based on destination, warehouse location, and delivery efficiency. If you have specific shipping requirements, such as requesting a faster courier service, please contact us in advance and we will be happy to assist.

Note: For certain shipping routes, tracking information may only update after the parcel has arrived in your destination country and completed customs clearance. This is due to the tracking system used by some logistics partners.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@simcoach.net.
We will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
